1. You will be receiving a report regulated by RICS, as we follow their code of practice and guidance. Please ask for a copy of our RICS certificate.

2. We are not only members of the Royal Institue of Chartered Surveyors, but also of the Chartered Institute of Building and the Residential Property Surveyors Association. Please ask for a copy of our accreditation.

3. We will provide you with your completed report within 4 days of carrying out the survey, and also offer you the opportunity to participate in a conference call whereby the surveyor will present the report to you and be able to answer any specific questions you have related to the property.

4. Copies of sample surveys can be shared with you prior to ordering your survey with us. Please ask for a copy of any report you wish to view.

5. You can be assured that we are fully insured with Professional Indemnity and Public Liability Insurance. Please ask to see a copy of our insurance certificates.
